Founder & Chief Connections Officer
Amy spends her career finding that compelling story for clients and leveraging her connections in way that gets to the heart of a story and propels her clients forward. Whether it be connecting media to a global thought leader or creative talent, driving visibility for personalities to accelerate their careers, finding a perfect influencer to personify a brand or helping a startup business maximize media relationships and marketing partnerships to make strategic inroads within an industry, Amy has the experience and know-how that gets the job done.
Amy’s energy and passion exudes in every assignment she undertakes. Throughout her 25+ year career working in entertainment she has led numerous awards campaigns for clients in television, theater and film including SAG®, GRAMMY®, TONY®, EMMY ® and Academy Award® campaigns for notable clients including Demian Bichir (A Better Life) and Brian d’Arcy James for his highly acclaimed role in the film Spotlight and continues to lead integrated branding campaigns for clients including Wilson Cruz, among others.
In lifestyle, she has led numerous campaigns across industries such as interior design, art, lifestyle brands, accessories and apparel. Some highlights include the launch of a limited-edition sneaker line for Taboo (from the Black Eyed Peas), working with Susan Lucci (All My Children) across her accessory, fitness and beauty products for the Home Shopping Network and the Balsam family of Brands (Balsam Hill and Treetopia) on their Celebrity Entertainment partnerships. Amy also spearheaded celebrity partnerships and publicity for Soles for Souls, a national charity serving third world countries and assisted in bringing New Zealand’s film incentives program to the United States.
In addition, Amy has extensive experience advising tech start-ups, brands, solo business owners and corporations of all sizes in navigating the complex world of the entertainment industry in order to maximize their partnerships.
Prior to venturing out on her own, Amy worked at various literary agencies and production companies working with A-list talent across film and television. She currently splits her time between Los Angeles and New York City.
Stephanie Berman (Raphael) consults with the firm on corporate based television and entertainment related publicity and events.
A little about Stephanie: Stephanie runs Decadent PR. She is a PR consultant with over 20 years of experience in the entertainment, lifestyle and consumer industries. Most recently Berman consulted for the Pop TV network, launching two high profile series; the fifth season of “Schitt’s Creek” and new dramedy “Flack” starring Anna Paquin. She also co-spearhead the launch of NBCUniversal International Studios “Downton Abbey: The Exhibition in NYC” garnering more than 200 valuable media placements that totaled more than $5M in earned media value as well as contributed to many other exciting projects in her career.
Rob Mack works with some of the firms C level suite clients in helping them further define their narrative so that there is clear messaging and effectiveness in delivery.
A little bit about Rob: He writes and speaks to people about how to live happier lives from the inside, out.
Robert’s work has been endorsed by Oprah and Vanessa Williams, among many others. Robert has also served as a National Media Spokesperson, Management Consultant, and Executive Coach for companies like Capital One, FitBit, Buffalo Wild Wings, Microsoft, Carnival Cruise Lines, Deloitte Consulting, McCormick & Spice, IFF, Plus Consulting, and Falcon Credit Management.
Robert was born in Pennsylvania. He was educated at Swarthmore College, where he received his Bachelors of Science in Psychology, and the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (M.A.P.P.), an ivy-league degree held by only a few dozen people in the world.
Always looking for new ways to strategically create authentic visibility for clients, Sarah helps the firm look to digital media as a vehicle to further brand awareness. For the firm thus far, she produced a YouTube show in 2018 for a celebrity chef, and is working on an IGTV show for an up and coming actress in 2019 while advising numerous production companies, artists, designers, creators storytellers actors about their brand presence and their career.
A little bit about Sarah: Based out of San Francisco, Sarah Lefton is a digital producer and creative director whose extremely lively career has grown alongside the Internet – from Web 1.0 producing special features at the New York Times to <KPE> signing entertainment business and producing venture-backed digital concepts to celebrities and entrepreneurs. She built two very successful niche YouTube brands – BimBam and Shaboom with over 450 animated and live action shorts with > 16M views. Today, Sarah consults for business and entertainment clients ranging from lawyers to chefs to entrepreneurs – producing animation for social media, Instagram features and Youtube channels that use solid marketing principles, storytelling practices, and out of the box creative concepts to deliver solid metrics and content that audiences love.
Cat Harris runs FlashForward Publicity in the UK.
She is a talented entertainment publicist with over 20 years of experience across television, film and personal PR. After many years inhouse at leading London entertainment agencies, in house at NBC Universal and Head of Theatrical Publicity at The Walt Disney Company UK, Cat set up her own consultancy FlashForward Publicity specialising in Talent.
Over the years Cat has lead major campaigns for film titles including Disney’s The Lion Witch & The Wardrobe, Universal’s Bourne Ultimatum, The Curse of the Golden Flower, Elizabeth The Golden Age, The Other Boleyn Girl, Wanted and Burn After Reading; overseen the UK & European red carpet premieres of films including Charlie’s Angels, The Matrix, Pirates of The Caribbean, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Closer and handled A list Talent in both Cannes , New York and London.
Cat now looks after a roster of both established and emerging Bafta award winning actors and filmmakers in the UK.
